Travel Claims Services provides claims handling services on behalf of MAPFRE. MAPFRE is authorised by the Direccion General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones and is subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority (registration number 203041), with a branch registered in England and Wales with company name MAPFRE Assistance (company number FC021974. Branch Number BR008042) and UK branch registered office at 5th Floor, Alpha House, 24A Lime Street, London EC3M 7HS. Details about the extent of our regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority are available from us on request.

The company was formed in June 2003 as a specialist service provider to the travel insurance industry.

TCS can offer a bespoke full claims administration service covering all aspects of the claims process. It can also perform as an extension to its clients’ own claims handling operation providing a tailored service matching that provided by the client’s own in-house team. Alternatively TCS can handle individual elements of the claims process to suit individual clients needs.

TCS has ambitious plans to develop its service within the travel insurance sector in order to achieve a position of market leadership.
