Full Claims Aministration

A full outsource option where a bespoke service can be provided utilising clients branding including stationary and dedicated telephone lines. TCS can provide a customised service to meet the client’s requirements irrespective of size of scheme - including the provision of flexible and powerful management and financial information.

Back-Up Volume Claims Solution

Tailored to complement an existing claims handling operation - to alleviate backlog or overspill during periods of peak volume. TCS can provide a bespoke service that specifically matches the levels maintained by the client’s in-house team and assist them in achieving their service level agreements.

Contract Run Off

Full claims handling service whilst a contract is in runoff thereby ensuring that the claims standards continue to be met for the clients. This again is a bespoke service to meet the client’s requirements and includes full Management and Financial Information.

Recoveries

Provision of a dedicated recovery team to obtain third party recoveries and contributions. The team comprises experienced adjusters, assisted by various specialists. This service can be offered on ‘no fee’ basis – with remuneration based on a percentage of recoveries obtained.

Medical Screening

Full Medical Screening service offering a web enabled/call centre service customised and branded to the clients needs again utilising a scripted screening process. Also a tailored service to compliment an existing medical screening operation – to alleviate call waiting times or high volume calls. Utilising scripted screening processes to replicate a client’s criteria. Included within both services are the collection of additional premiums and the issuing of the appropriate policy endorsements along with the provision of detailed management information prepared to the client’s requirements.

First Claim Notifications and Fastrack Claims

A full or back-up service is offered where full claims details taken at initial call stage to enable the claim to be fastracked. An assessment is made with regard to the claim immediately and the customer advised. Where the claim is not covered by the policy the customer is informed thereby setting the claimants expectations. All claims details are entered onto a database and reports are produced to the client’s requirements The appropriate Claim forms are issued and posted on the day of request by dedicated call centre staff.

Audit Review

An independent review of live or closed claim files either on or off site. We can utilise the use of our own audit sheets or those specific to our clients. The audits can be of a general nature or item specific such as: Reserves, Leakage, or Recoveries etc. TCS’s experts can also provide an internal audit service on completed claims files, either by inspecting a regular sample or through one-off spot checks.
